Relationships & Sex Therapy in London + online

A relationship – whether that’s with yourself or someone else – can be amazing.

But it’s not a straight road to get to that amazing place.

The world can feel lonely at times. When you’re in a couple, that can feel even lonelier.

Connecting with trust and intimacy can be hard, when things have changed between you. You think you want a future together, but you need to be certain you’re on the right path.

And maybe a relationship isn’t the issue, but you’re suffering anxiety, depression, or a sense that something’s not right.

It’s tempting to ignore the cracks. But those cracks can become an avalanche.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re single, partnered, or in something unique:

You don’t have to do this on your own.

“Looking back, I realise I spent years following others' plans. Thanks to David, I now have the confidence to go my own way.”

J, Fitzrovia

“The atmosphere David created in his sessions made me feel immediately comfortable.”

I’m David Palmstrom, a theraputic counsellor in Fitzrovia, Clapham, and Balham. I work with couples and individuals to help them get to the heart of any problems and map a new route through life.

I’m also a sex therapist in London. Currently building on my expertise working towards an MSc in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy.

Whether you’re in a relationship or not, with me you can work through any issues around sex or intimacy, including erectile dysfunction and loss of desire.

So yes, although right now the world may feel a lonely place, I want to help you go out there – as a couple or on your own – and keep insulated against the storms.
