My Services

I provide online therapy via Zoom, and in-person counselling in central and south London.

My rooms are based in the Clapham / Balham area, and I also hold private sessions at The Thought House Partnership in Fitzrovia, central London

If you want to find out if we’re a good fit, I offer a no-obligation 20 minute introductory call. This is for you to get to know me, and to decide if I’m right for you.

Then if you choose to go ahead, we’ll arrange weekly sessions. You might prefer a set number of sessions, or decide to work on an open-ended basis. It depends on what’s most useful for you right now.

In our first session, I’ll get to know you and your story a little more. Then we’ll work out what you want to achieve in our time together.

For our subsequent sessions, I’ll check in with you, you’ll discuss what’s happening, and we’ll see where you are with any ‘homework’ tasks I’ve set you (especially for sex therapy).

I work both one-on-one, and with couples.

I also work with individuals who are in a relationship, but need a private space to work things out.

If you’ve had an affair, if you’ve been dealing with something alone, or if you’re wondering if you should leave your partner – but don’t want to scare them by saying so – you could benefit from some time to talk that through.

Individual counselling may be for you, whether you’re single or in a relationship.

Perhaps you’re at that stage of life when you’re wondering ‘What on earth am I doing?’

If you’ve left university and started down a career path, but it’s not working out as you hoped, you might need a space to explore what – and why – that is.

Or if you’ve lost your job, or had a breakup, and it’s rocked your world, it can be hard to make sense of things on your own.
