Clinical Supervision

Relational Clinical Supervision for Experienced Private Practitioners

Curious, warm, and collaborative supervision to support your depth work, complex caseloads, and thriving private practice.

Just as I believe therapy is deeply relational, I believe supervision should be a genuine, collaborative partnership.

Whether you are working with complex individual presentations or navigating the layered dynamics of couples and relationship therapy, supervision shouldn’t feel like an interrogation or a tick-box exercise. It should be a calm, safe space where we can bring our whole selves, unpick difficult, layered knots together, and get a real sense of what is happening in the therapy room (and, sometimes in turn, the supervision room too).

How We Work Together

I am curious, warm, and collaborative. I really enjoy supporting other professionals and seeing them grow into the practitioners they want to be. In our supervision sessions, we work together as a team to explore not just the client’s presentation, but how you as the therapist are showing up in the room.

  • Relational Depth: We look closely at parallel processes, transference, and how your own responses impact the therapeutic dynamic.

  • Couples & Relationship Complexity: Drawing on my specialization in psychosexual and relationship therapy, we untangle intricate multi-party systems, communication breakdowns, and structural impasses.

  • Private Practice Realities: Running a private practice comes with unique challenges. We can openly discuss practice development, setting and holding strong boundaries, and maintaining long-term sustainability without burning out.

  • A Safe Space to Unload: Just as your clients need a place to bring what they can't discuss anywhere else, supervision is your space to bring the heavy, complex, or stuck cases that weigh on you.

Who This Is For

My supervision is tailored for therapists in private practice who want to work on a deep level. You might be:

  • Looking for a supervisor who shares a relational, non-dogmatic perspective.

  • Seeking a thinking partner for complex individual, trauma-informed, psychosexual and/or couples work.

  • Wanting to grow your private practice with confidence, clarity, and ethical integrity.
